On the off chance that you haven't looked into this yourself: Have you heard of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome? Those sorts of connective tissue disorders can affect both joint and gut health, and also are a huge butt to diagnose.

Deep Rock Galactic does this too! Not only that, but they made a system so you can straight up play with old seasonal content, or even vanilla DRG if you like. All at no cost, because they are bound and determined to keep me, personally, from giving them more money.
