Regardless of what you think of Ezra this is the kind of disagreement that could've been handled internally. DropSite firing its top reporter over some strategic criticism – as principled journalists are forced out of the industry by the truckload – is a big statement!

For those who might have missed this, it appears DropSite reporter Alex Colston – who embedded with the Global Sumud Flotilla last year – was dropped from the publication after criticizing this obnoxious comment by cofounder Ryan Grim.
