City of Hamilton paid $25 for each of the 400 tickets the City received for the Earth, Wind, and Fire concert. (Total of $10,000)

This in addition to $200,000 per year the City is paying as a "sponsor" of TD Coliseum.

Integrity Commissioner finds Ward 3 Clr Nrinder Nann violated the Code of Conduct when she errorously published information in her newsletter regarding a motion she planned to move in closed session. [She did not move the motion.]

Hamilton's Integrity Commissioner has ruled Councillors who accepted free tickets to a November 'soft launch' concert at TD Coliseum violated the Code of Conduct by accepting the gift.

The IC states councillors should not accept such gifts in the future. #yhmcc #HamOnt

Hamilton staff state they are considering implementing online water billing registration - presently the City of Hamilton is only processing registrations by mail.

The City is taking over water billing on April 1 from Alectra.

Council just unanimously voted to change City policy - the new 'community liaison groups' will not be open to the public.

This Council term has seen even further decreases in transparency --- the opposite of the promises every single member of council ran on during the 2022 election. #yhmcc

Foldum states the City of Hamilton's Freedom of Information office has not processed FOI requests filed by them.

Hamilton's is intentionally among the worst municipal FOI office in Canada.

Hamilton is Canada's worst performing municipality in many measures.

The City of Hamilton will *not* operate any evening programs today.

Again, no evening programs.

Surrounding municipalities remain administratively open.

Burlington has cancelled daytime recreation (City Hall and court services etc remain open) and will resume recreation programs at 3 p.m. #yhmcc

City of Hamilton HSR managers have put the 60' articulated buses into service today.

HSR real-time data is showing multiple of these buses have become stuck in the snow and are not moving. #yhmcc

Staff declined to answer in public, claiming this be legal advice.

The answer is public, in the Building Code Act.
