Derby's results are exceeding their performances. I am not the biggest fan of stats but the fact that we are rarely managing more than 30 odd % possession and rarely have a pass completion rate of even 70% is poor. We have to improve to avoid the inevitable effect on results. #dcfcfans #dcfc

Because he paid £1m premium plus obligation to refurbish at cost reported to be £7.5m. Whether this is sufficient to justify a nominal rent is matter for a valuer.
