Seit Tagen #Stromausfall in Teilen Berlins. Das Bekennerschreiben könnte Hinweise auf russische Saboteure geben. Das Ziel wäre nicht mal die Infrastruktur, sondern Zwietracht säen. Und es wirkt, als sei es ein Selbstläufer. www.berlinstory.de/news/stroma...
