Umpteenth reminder that Netflix (and Comcast) want the streaming and studios division. The cable networks would still be spun-off as their own company if that happens. If Paramount loses Warner Bros. Discovery, I wouldn't be shocked to see them go for just Discovery.

Maybe I'm being too generous but I can't see Netflix make WB Pictures stop releasing films in theaters and stop making DVDs and Blu-rays. I think Netflix is going to be the one that changes its ways more than Warner Bros. in this merger.
