It’s one of the great final acts I’ve ever played. I can respect not loving the combat (turn based haters are nerds that deserve swirlies but whatever) or whatever else but disliking the finale is insane to me.
Seeing other narrative design people say that Clair Obscur had a bad 3rd act or bad ending(s)…I just can’t follow you there man. That shit ruled. Sorry. You break the combat wide fucking open and then get your choice of doing genocide or walking toward Omelas and saying “torturing that child rocks”

Additional point: Clair Obscur's third act is a thematic loop about how delaying the inevitable isn't healthy. You may feel temporarily good, you might even feel like a God among ants, but all you're doing is becoming a rotting husk and running away from inevitability.

Michigan/OSU from 2006 remains maybe the greatest football game I’ve ever seen. And all stakes would have been stripped if we got that today. And it really really blows. OSU should have missed the playoff last year.

Playoff should have stopped at 4 teams. With the future of Michigan looking really bright and OSU being a perennial powerhouse, the game is going to just mean less going forward. And that fucking blows. Imagine both are undefeated! Meaningless game if you only care about national titles.
Saban saying I'd rather win a national championship than beat Michigan. that's basically why the sport is ruined. you should only be able to accomplish the former with doing the latter. a loss to a team that was 6-5 and couldn't throw the forward pass should eliminate you. that's basic logic.

Zohran on Majority Report was really great. Very much seems to understand he has MAYBE a year to really get the most out of his momentum and understands more rides on him and his delivering on promises than most any primary challenge. Makes sense man.

When MTG inevitably runs for President I pray she gets this same level of scrutiny. He’s done nothing but be effusive about his appreciation for the Jewish community while also understanding Israel is murdering innocent people daily.
