It's so bittersweet seeing all of it together, knowing it's the final issue of our series but what a way for us to finish out!

The new rules and regulations will not affect tenants that have been in place before March 1 and after that date, they will see a six-year tenancy agreement put in place
Renters could be facing an even more uncertain market in the months ahead of new tenancy rules that are coming into effect

I just read/experienced Slices of Life, and let me tell you: there’s nobody doing comics like Qu. This strip is just one example of the glorious montages found within.

one of the things that makes me most mad about genAI (and there are many) is we've been told there's not enough money for hiring. but there's billions poured into ai.
