Here's Epstein explaining, with the sort of warped amoral logic I'm sure is common in these rooms, that Trump only SAYS racist and sexist things to manipulate racist and sexist voters into supporting him. Which of course, in their world, that doesn't actually count as being racist or sexist.

Looking the through the whole trove of Epstein emails, beyond the most newsworthy bits there's also lots of interesting (i.e. repulsive) insights into how these super-elites move and think.

I think it’s worth being explicit about what’s going on with the Zohran admissions stuff - this is a bad faith attack designed to try to drive the older Black voters that made up Cuomo’s base in the primary and who vote party line in the general to support Eric Adams to keep Mamdani out of City Hall

I don't even know how to articulate how clueless this is. It's like if someone at the Bulwark was told that Andrew Tate is a Democrat, saw that Tate gets lots of views and said "hey this could be our guy!" with no further research
