Minnesota National Guard members have arrived at a federal building and were directed to distribute donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate to anti-ICE protesters. Guard members were issued reflective vests so they would not be mistaken for federal agents.

Nice essay on Trump’s notion of what a “deal” really is: a series of “pledges, frameworks .. shakedowns, memoranda of understanding, or otherwise opaque, informal, or incomplete arrangements” that allow him “to claim a quick victory and move on to the next thing.”

Trump’s Art of the Not-Quite-Deal
The president has offered frameworks, pledges, handshakes and threats — a style that carries growing legal, economic and diplomatic risks.

Rachel Maddow: The people, by and large, stand in opposition to Trump — his approval ratings have fallen through the floor & then down into the basement & then through the basement floor into the bedrock — He is just despised as a political leader in this country in almost unprecedented terms

Renee Good’s last words were to ICE agent Jonathan Ross: “That’s fine, dude. I’m not mad at you.” Then Ross shot Renee three times in the face. As she was dying, his last words to her were: “Fucking bitch.” And JD Vance thought that exchange exonerated ICE. That says it all.

I’m running for Congress in NY-12, my home.

We have a demented, criminal president running the country like a mob operation—government by the boss, for the boss.

We need Democratic fighters who will defend the rule of law and deliver government by the people. Join us.

In three years, all the Trump wording on govt buildings will be thrown in a giant fire.

We will literally have a big bonfire on national TV…. And ceremonially destroy any memory of the Trump presidency

And replace his photo on the “walk of fame” in WH with two huge Cankles
