As much as I enjoy Powered Cube on @mtgarena.com I wish Storm wasn't in it. With the way the timer works right now, the archetype is 100% a trap because it's almost impossible to execute a Storm turn without the timer running out, even if you take game actions all the time.

It's still wild to me that we used to ban decks in Modern for killing on turn 4 and nowadays any aggro deck in Standard kills on turn 4. The good ones just do it through interaction.

Just watched the round 6 feature match from #PTEOE where I made a complex ruling with multiple questions on camera that took a while to get HJ confirmation etc. It was really great to hear Riley Knight not only read aloud my ruling verbatim but also use the opportunity to shout out judges at large.

This event was maybe the biggest challenge I've faced in my judge career but with the help of many other judges we managed to pull it off. And the players loved it, that's what matters. Some of the Top8 never played Dandân before but this event made them fall in love with the Format. #MCAtlanta
I'm super excited to headjudge this event later today. Everyone registered is in for a treat. #MCAtlanta

It's always funny to me when people use virtue signaling as an insult. Yes, those are my virtues and I'm happy to signal them.
To my fellow cishet dudes: when we are quiet about supporting the trans community, the only voices anyone hears are the Charlie Kirks of the world. Don't let accusations of being "performative" or "virtue signaling" shut you up - that's their whole point. Our voices are needed now more than ever.
