Everyone is trying to blame each other in the case of the young Afghan who attacked the National Guardsmen but he may have worked with our troops in Afghanistan. There are a lot of men his age who emigrated. We promptly forgot about them and many of them are struggling.
Dear foreign nationals in war-torn countries, terrorism hot-spots, and amidst our enemies:
