I am currently waiting at ucsf and I missed my appointment because the lady from the front desk made me wait half an hour before even telling me where I had to go.
I was so close to having a meltdown. But they said I can wait and see if anyone cancels or doesn’t show up and they will try to squeeze

I also moved to a beautiful Victorian house in the mission district, my roommates are the HIV long term survivors and I get to be naked 24/7, as long as it isn’t freezing and they now all the “influential” people in the city because they have been advocating for decades!

The notion of monotropism fundamentally changed the way I perceive and manage my Autistic & ADHD experience.
It’s enabled me to find my limits and work within them, and to accurately identify my struggles individually so I can work with them, and it’s getting better all the time.
