My weird back spasms are back. They went away for a while after the pain killers and physio and stretches and now it’s back and none of those things are working

One of my friends some times goes live on Facebook and whenever he dos FB sends me a notification to suggest I watch because my Sister in Law’s friends follow him. I’d have thought him being my friend would be reason enough.

Someone who betrayed me in the past sees to be in the process of befriending someone in my life. I’m concerned about it. But is been 20 years. I suppose someone could have changed in two decades.

My dad said that we need to keep foreign criminals out of Australia as though white Australia wasn’t built on bringing criminals here. And also why our ancestors here! They are literal convicts sentenced to Australia!
