Before I left #Appalachia, I hiked into a remote wilderness in #WestVirginia and gathered soil and plants. I then put them in this #Terrarium and moved to Minnesota. The first plant to grow was poison Ivy, but once I pulled out the toxic beauty flourished #EastCoastKin #StillLife #Plants #home

I believe this is a type of ginger, which consists of a cluster of red flowers, hanging in front of a green plant background. The small flower of the Cacao tree, probably the size of a dime Not sure what type of flower this is, but it is waves of white petals with blue tips, sort of rolling in and out of itself A large, single petaled purple flower with a deep center behind green leaves.
