BBC also confirms this was done on the advice of lawyers. So Trump's threats worked.

Just a heads up from the academic side of countering fascism and authoritarianism:when a fascist dictatorship is actively using police and federal forces to intimidate those telling the military not to follow illegal orders and claiming that is treason, you are only inches away from massive violence

Er moeten duidelijke "fire walls" zijn tussen de verschillende taken. De arbeidsinspectie moet geen jager op werkenden zonder papieren worden maar uitbuiting door gewetenloze werkgevers bekampen

Word je als illegale werknemer uitgebuit? Dan ga je naar de Arbeidsinspectie. Maar zo logisch is dat niet, want die werkt – ondanks eerder onderzoek – nog steeds samen met de Vreemdelingenpolitie. Waar haalt deze werknemer zijn recht?
