Very happy with the final version of this work showing menin-MLL is a vulnerability in liver cancer and an interesting re-localization of NF-Y in response to menin inhibition. Menin-MLL1 complex cooperates with NF-Y to promote hepatocellular carcinoma survival: Cell Reports doi.org/10.1016/j.ce...

Some context since this is getting reposted a bunch today: "unpause" was not a reference to RNAP2 pausing, but rather the end of the imposed communications pause that started in early Jan and ended a couple weeks after this was published
Unpause! I'm super happy to now be able to share the published version of our paper at Science Advances showing that:
1) active histone mods occur independently of transcription
2) transcription coordinates histone deacetylation at active promoters
