Related to this, every "gender critical" fundraiser ever is either "these people have rights, I'd like them not to have rights" or "these people agree people have rights so I'm suing"

The average LGBT+ fundraiser is "I'd like healthcare and to eat tomorrow please"

Erm, BBC, if all she did was "express critical opinions" why don't you report them? Is it because these were the opinions?

A football fan banned by her club from its grounds has raised more than £15,000 to take legal action.

Newcastle United (NUFC) supporter Linzi Smith was investigated by the Premier League after the club received a complaint about comments she made on social media.

Her lawyer claims the club's actions were a "huge overreach" in to matters unrelated to football.

Both NUFC and the Premier League declined to comment.

The 34-year-old's posts on X (formerly known as Twitter) expressed critical opinions about transgender people.

We're always anxious about being nonbinary even in explicitly trans positive spaces because we just expect a lot of anti-nonbinary bigotry, even from trans allies or other trans people, but it always helps to see other openly nonbinary beings in those spaces.
