The part of me that society has conditioned to constantly be productive is very annoyed that I spent "too long in the forest" after lunch.

The real me is recharging with a dirty chai latte and considering going out there again.

Prioritizing time and energy for it.
I'm often too tired in the evenings to really do any significant impact, I try to get up in the mornings instead, but the most manage a handful of sentences.
I have my day off I allocate to writing and creative stuff, but I'm bad at getting stuck doing chores 🙃
