Finally finished with the 2nd variant of my first Halloween illustration for this month! I made two different versions one with a CRT filter and another without. I think this might be my top favorite illustration of the year next to my Bday illustration!

Fun fact this illustration is a remake of Halloween piece I've done in 2021 which is reference to a Darkstalkers illustration I found while looking through the games' artbook. I was going through a big Darkstalkers phase in that year lol.

Miyazaki survived the bombing of Utsunomiya as a child. His family escaped in a car, but left a neighbor and her daughter behind to save themselves. Miyazaki regrets this, and said this has stayed with him and shaped his film making. He hopes his audience will learn the courage he lacked in 1945.

Finished a variant of my first spooky art of the month, here's Yanzo Emily, an Emily who's corrupted by a powerful gem known as the Yanzo. (It's explained more in the alt). This gem forced out her Tesla Purple State, Emily's more dangerous form.

The Yanzo gem is a powerful rock that can boost your abilities at the cost of your mental health. The gems themselves give off radiation that can alternate anyone's mind who's near its reach corrupting them by enhancing their worst traits. Prolonged exposure to the radiation can cost either permanent or long term effects mentally, the possible cures or treatments for the radiation is to stay away from the gems, have a strong mind, therapy, use of blue gem called the Banzo or death (only if it's the last resort).

Legend says that the gems feed off negative energy and if it collects enough, the gems can manifest a powerful being known as Yanzo (where the name for the gems originate) who finds the perfect host to spread the negative effects of the gems to larger areas, preferably the world if it's not stopped.
