I get that the news cycle is packed right now, but I just heard from a colleague at the Smithsonian that this is fully a GIANT SQUID BEING EATEN BY A SPERM WHALE and it’s possibly the first ever confirmed video according to a friend at NOAA

I've been trapped in this escape room for hours.

"Sir, this is a library and you can leave anytime."

Can I though? 🤔

In an obvious attempt to get you to read my books, I’ve dropped the prices of the first books in all my series.

These e-books are 99¢ on Amazon, so load up on them while the price is right.

Next read.

"I saw trees growing and changing like puffs of vapour, now brown, now green; they grew, spread, shivered, and passed away. I saw huge buildings rise up faint and fair, and pass like dreams. The whole surface of the earth seemed changed -- melting and flowing under my eyes."

Latest read (print & audio), In The Land of Time and Other Fantasy Tales (1905-1952) by Lord Dunsany; Known for lush, feverish, otherworldly tales, Dunsany actually has a breath of style. His later work, while more earthly, is charming.
Both are present here.
Essential for fantasy writers.

Books to film. 📚=🎞️

Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? (1968) by Philip K Dick & adapted as Blade Runner (1982). Some key differences include replicants being more empathetic, a powerful theme in the novel, something mostly displayed in the film by Roy Batty. 🧠🤖🐏

If you like the Addams Family and wonder what crafted, tender stories about that kind of world might be like, try Ray Bradbury's Elliott Family stories. Collected under one cover in From the Dust Returned.
It's 'Something Wicked This Way Comes' Bradbury; midwest mansions & autumnal fantasy.

Why read books? Because books are still the most powerful, reliable, transportive & magical storytelling technology we've invented - and all they need to work is YOUR OWN IMAGINATION! #booksky
