after weeks of my INR numbers being super low (1.0-1.1) and the pharmacists wanting to put me on lovenox (which i flatly refuse to do) they've finally been pumping up my warfarin dosage to see if that would work and wouldn't you know it, it did. 1.4 babeyyyyy we're on our way

my biggest thanksgiving blunder was trying to recreate the incredible la jolla potatoes we had at chez jay in santa monica. the secret ingredient is bananas. yes, i know. i finally found a recipe for them and debuted my attempt at the family thanksgiving. they were disgusting and no one liked them
