Yesterday the UN marked The International Day of Disabled Persons. Here are four picture books I highly recommend for everyone!

As a reading specialist, I'd use Goodall's picture book, DR. WHITE, with 2nd graders--a true story about a dog who visited hospital patients. Students used higher level thinking skills to answer: Should dogs be allowed in hospitals? Why/why not?

Tried Pilates for the first time, via Down Dog app. At my last annual physical, doctor advised me to try it (pilates, not the app specifically).

Yowza, even the Beginners Level is challenging for me. Going to keep working at it but meanwhile can anyone recommend a PRE-Beginners exercise resource?
