Noem v. Perdomo clearly shows that SCOTUS's whole "colorblind" thing is subterfuge for pure racism. Hey John "the way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race" Roberts -- your legacy will be as tainted as Taney's. And deservedly so. Disgusted.
