the administration is cutting mental health services. Specifically, the people staffing 988 will be unsure of their employment.

What we need to do to help support them is tell their bosses they have saved our lives, or kept us company, or helped.

And insist they tell their staff you said so.

This has been a big local story for us. Years of effort on the case (prosecutors withheld evidence), winning a retrial, which was then abandoned by the state. And ICE waiting to imprison him immediately on his release.

I like to cook. It's an activity I can do that lets me work so I can think. Couple weeks ago Herself made a request for one of our date days. She wanted arroz rojo (Spanish rice), Tex-Mex style beef enchiladas, a Tex-Mex taco salad, and tiramisu.

I can do that. But I'm me, so I mixed it up a bit.
