Really valuable read for all. I cannot stress how important it is for more recognition & training on autism in girls. It is still going unnoticed, leaving many girls alone, suffering & failing to thrive unnecessarily

Many schools are invested in one-to-one instructional coaching, which is highly effective. Is this scalable or is an approach of reciprocal, teams based coaching more effective?

Why aren’t we doing ‘instructional coaching’ (even though everyone else seems to be)?
Instructional coaching seems to be the next big thing in education; it is the latest craze to ride a wave of enthusiasm across our schools.
