Food deserts have less to do w/ diabetes than do poor judgement, bad parenting, and laziness.

There is a ton of information on YouTube about how to eat veggies and why French fries are the WORST food ever.

Amazon delivers tuna fish, canned clams, dehydrated fruit, dates, lentils, chicken soup…

I’m all for vaccines but not 24 in the 1st 20 months of life….spread them out over 4 years - sooner if your child must go to daycare.

Have weight-based doses. The hell with Big Pharma making tons of profits because one size fits all doses are cheaper.

Don’t mandate Covid vaccines

That it.

Everything Trump is doing now is a preamble for his regime's real goal: to invoke the Insurrection Act.

I don’t want to unduly alarm you, but you need to be aware of this imminent danger. Let me explain what’s going on.

I think Republicans simply respect the life of a fetus unlike Dems who use abortion as birth control and are OK with killing a baby under 16 weeks old or whatever their number is.

And yes Rs do like control, law and order.

Libs like you are so hard to get along with. Admit it. You’re wrong in that ALL persons in the US get due process.

This is why Dems lost the last election.

Almost killed her. I finally got the Dr to admit (after the fact) that vaccines should be based on weight, not age. Duh! Drs are so in love with Pharma$ they become ignorant vax pushers.
kaysmythe.bsky.social
No I’m a realist. Over vaccinating everybody is stupid. There are better ways. I’m not anti-VAX
I just believe there are better ways.

My 80lb 15 yr old was forced to get an adult Covid vax & Dr knew she previously had bad reactions to vax. I asked for child version but BIG Pharma Dr wouldn’t do it
kaysmythe.bsky.social
I was referring to the kind of “due process” you were thinking of.

COVID rarely kills babies. Vaccines kill more babies.
In last 5 yrs 183 children died of COVID-19 per National Fatality Case Reporting System. 8 died of measles.

NIH reports 1,100 deaths as a result of vaccines in the same period.

I’m not anti vax, just anti-over vax. Spread it out more.
kaysmythe.bsky.social
Very few kids die from measles - mostly immunocompromised kids. Sad but true.

Bad analogy. A baby at inception is a person with the same rights as the mother.

Killing a baby violates the baby’s right to life.

Your analogy is like saying - if a person wanted to drop their 3 yr old out a window they can bc you can’t tell a person what they can or can’t do with their body.

The required process under the law to ensure rights of all people.

The process (aka due process) is whatever the laws say it is.

The INA creates a (due) process whereby certain aliens may be deported without a hearing/trial.

It was created to save a stupid waste of taxpayer $ on trials
kaysmythe.bsky.social
Due process just means the government must uphold the law providing rights to all persons - whatever that law is at the time. The INA creates a lawful process for immediate deportation without a hearing. That is the “process” aka “due process”.

To deport undocumented, the gov issues a charging document “notice to appear”. The undocumented goes before an immigration judge to present evidence and make a case that they qualify for some form of relief against deportation, such as asylum.

This doesn’t have to happen in all cases per INA.

It’s all just red meat

If alien commits a crime, they get a hearing where:
plead guilty and be deported to a foreign prison,
or plead not guilty & get trial.

If there is no crime, and the alien has been here 2+ yrs they get a hearing.
If no crime and here <2yrs (or here by fraud) they get deported w/out hearing

Section 235(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). This provision, allows for "expedited removal" of aliens who are inadmissible and have been in the U.S. for <2 yrs, lack proper docs, or were fraudulent

This provision is to prevent stupid people spending billions of dollars on trials
kaysmythe.bsky.social
It’s why we have a representative government and not a popular vote democracy

Due process is DIFFERENT for non-citizens and it’s very limited in many cases
kaysmythe.bsky.social
It doesn’t. Sorry. You’re not understanding the nuances allowed under INA
kaysmythe.bsky.social
Send the Tomahawks already
kaysmythe.bsky.social
The process in the INA applies to aliens (aka illegal immigrants) not citizens. Due process applies to citizens.

We can’t define it for you any more clearly.
