took a big break from intense arm stuff today (only did some writing and kept my desk set up very modified to not hyperextend anything), and it does feel like it made a difference! I would still like to doodle and get back to work by Monday, but we'll see.

I finally fit comfortably into some actual Mens Underwear I bought a while back
the underwear I have been wearing had been slipping down on me as much as my jeans, and I was super glad that wearing the mens ones, it seems like my jeans had also not been slipping down today

one one hand, they want your feet flat / knees 90 degrees for a good set-up, but my feet already don't touch the floor in the chair I have BUT ALSO they want your arms at a 90 or wider angle when typing / doing repetitive tasks, and for that to happen my chair has to be just a LITTLE bit HIGHER...

It was called a Winesap, I think? REALLY good flavor and a nice crisp texture; it has the good tart flavor you get from some crisp apples, but its sweetness almost has a pear-like finish! #food

I bought 3 different kinds of fancy apples today and the only thing getting me thru the next 4 hours is My OCs (as usual) and Wondering Which Apple Will Be First when I go home for an after work snack

Wrist is feeling a little bit better, and I'm taking as much of a rest as I can tomorrow, from art, while still also having the dayjob running...we'll see how that goes!

wearing a mild wrist support (specifically an old AC/DC sweatband I found in a drawer and have had since high school...) is kinda helping, so, hopefully, that is helping whatever the temporary issue is, and I can go back to feeling normal in a couple more weeks.

at least I accomplished my PT for the day...I have a lot of muscle guarding going on, but the therapist was really understanding about taking out the push-up stretches when I talked about my wrist 🙏
