Alkamilla, Ominous, and a few soldiers are waiting in a secret headquarters.
OMINOUS: ...aaaany moment...NOW! ...now?
ALKAMILLA: You've been saying that for 20 minutes.

Liege slams open a door to make his entrance, startling Ominous.
LIEGE: Another COMPLETE disaster. We're going HOME
OMINOUS: HAH! (quietly) I mean.

Alkamilla and Ominous both turn to regard Liege.
ALKAMILLA: Did she no-show?
OMINOUS: Was it Crimsonheart?! I sensed a battle!
ALKAMILLA: Ya threaten to fillet a server for suggesting WHITE wine?

Liege angrily stalks into the room as Alkamilla looks at him skeptically.
LIEGE: I was a PERFECT GENTLEMAN! I got her CHAIR, I avoided POLITICS, I did NOT kill anyone!
ALKAMILLA: Okay, start from the beginning. What do YOU think the disaster was?

We change scene to earlier: a woman who we've seen before in The Evertides sits at a table with Liege, in an outdoor garden-like environment.
NARRATION TEXT: A fateful meeting in the capital of Argent
WOMAN: But really, ONLY knives?

Liege stands in front of a stylized backdrop of The Realm's strange multiple moons, holding Harbinger, his pet murk worm. Harbinger seems very happy, and is excessively drooling.

Their hair is a bit wild and has a heavy amount of volume and lift up top, but is also pinned back into a long, thick ponytail. Posed in the left, full-body, they wave casually, and on the right in a more close-up shot, though they are smiling, there's a sharpness to the stare.

fiction is a safe space to think of unsafe things

if you feel it's messing you up, step away. don't assume it's messing everyone up and you need to eradicate it because you caught a case of the feel-bads from something. go sit with that and think about why instead of pissing in everyone else's cheerios.

gotta remember to wash my bedcover so it can dry tomorrow while I'm at work...also gotta air out/fluff up the futon...

I also need to get a warmer blanket once winter is in full swing, I am struggling rn and it doesn't even seem THAT cold!

I'm almost halfway through Chapter 4 of my comic...I reread the first 20 pages or so the other day to see how I felt about it and, I'm still pretty happy with it.

All the competitors stand ready, reaching for an arrow. The view chiefly shows Liege, Helios glaring at him, and Index looking smug. Birch is partially visible but Vilgorr is absent from the frame.
ANNOUNCER: On your ready - aim...! ...and shoot!

Liege's arrow snags a nearly-perfect bullseye, with a down-ward pointing shaft. Helios's ais SLIGHTLY off-mark from a bullseye, but in the inner circles. Birch's arrow is at less of an angle but likewise to Liege's, a bullseye with a little wiggle-room for error. Index's arrow connects perfectly perpendicular to the bullseye's surface, and in the dead center - like its bow, it seems to be molded or carved from a nearly pure-white substance.

have no desire to be a physical performer or be perceived but have definitely thought about how if I did, having a Drag King persona that is just named (and themed) Prince Seth would be fun.

I like being at a point where my gender dysphoria is only a physical Me thing and I don't find myself hating princess characters anymore, and want to go and find more weird princesses like Bubblegum and Guinevere and just, Enjoy that.

your first playthrough of a Silent Hill game you should be enjoying the run and your only chance to be surprised by the majority of the biggest twists going on in the story. Second and third playthroughs you know everything a bit more, and a guide on how to get other endings won't spoil stuff.

okay so: I had misunderstood the spoiler that I got about the ending and it turns out that I still got MOSTLY surprised by the first 'default' ending and liked it. I think that is also technically VERY SMART as a game design, and doesn't feel like TOO MUCH of a "trick" if that makes sense...?
