In other news the US began importing #solar panels with cells made in #Ethiopia in July 2025. By Oct. '25 value had grown to $92 million, or about 300 MW. In a single month.

Ethiopia was the 4th-biggest source of US #solar imports in Sept. '25 and 2nd in Oct. '25 after Indonesia.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve used the words “For Now” in a headline.
It’s an administrative stay, with no reasoning and, as such, should be of an extremely limited duration.

Additionally, the admin stay doesn’t “allow” unconstitutional action. In fact, part of DOJ’s argument below was that the injunction was too vague in parts as a “follow the law” order.
