It's World Mental Health Day. I've been on a lifelong journey with my mental health and three pieces of advice I can offer are:
1. Get professional help (if you can)
2. Read 'self-help' books
3. Learn self-compassion (1 & 2 can help)
You CAN change your life with a small first step.

Thinking of switching from (the enshittified) Spotify over to Tidal.
Reasons:
- Less intrusive UI
- Better music quality
- More money to artists (maybe?)
Anyone else made the switch, or have used Tidal?
Apple Music also a consideration.
