Second day in. Emotionally wise, I am neutrally content. It's weird not acting on impulse all the time. I have been doing my job, and *just* my job, without having to fight myself to make it happen, or deal with the looming dread that simple tasks feel like they take hours to do.

I'd strongly recommend checking your system with malwarebytes ASAFP.

While I've not used YouTube's download system, if this is happening off of a link, it's more than likely a virus attempt than an advert. Particularly given it's trying to get you to run something.
