I am pretty well into a script titled "you are being misled about renewable energy"

Not gonna pull out studies. Don't need to go over climate change.

Just a simple, plain conversation where we look at the realities of renewables vs. fossil fuels and I say "stop letting Republicans lie to you"

Premarital sex is best sex. And the more the merrier (with consent of all involved). Puritanism can get in the sea.

Happy New Year!

In a strange turn of events, I managed to actually sleep right through the bells. There were a couple of random rockets about 10pm but either I passed the fuck out or not much got shot off.

Most relaxing new years ever.

Dammit Evri, can't you be at least vaguely competent?!

Email saying parcel got delivered, no knock at the door. Check the door, parcel abandoned on the step.

I mean, at least they did deliver first time in the slot but come on, chap the door.

DEEZ, which stands for 'Deploy, Exercise, Evaluate, Zero-in', relies on compartmentalized testing grounds, known as 'NUT's ('Neutral User Tests'). We hope this strategy will let us synergize our buzzwords for maximum efficiency!

Oof, 2nd holiday in a row which is being altered due to reasons, on the upside I'm getting 84 hours pay which is never a bad thing this time of year.

My next issue is ordering more filament, ran out printing the previous model so I can't see if it actually works for a few days at least.

OpenSCAD is pretty neat. Found a 3D print that would be useful for my rack, printed it out only to find it doesn't quite fit. So instead of trying to modify the model, I just remade the basic structure in 14 lines of SCAD with the measurements I need.

Might be an odd question but here goes. What would cause SSH timeouts which are solved by rebooting the client machine?

My Borg backups to my Synology NAS (might be important?) will run fine until randomly they get affected by timeouts and disconnects until I reboot my laptop.

Quite frustrating.

Did have to redo my cockpit a bit and 3d print shims for my light to mount it on the bottom but it seems to have worked out well.
