The venerable Rick Priestly once wrote an article about focus in ones hobby endavours (or something like that. Long time ago) were he renamed December to Month of painting Witch Elves. Inspired by that I have tried to schedule 2025 hobby wise on a monthly basis 1/13

My test model for a squad of German Gebirgsjäger from Warlord Games. Other than a few touch ups i'm happy with the result. Think i'll paint them as a mix of tan and white smocks and field tunics as I can't make up my mind.

Advertised as "Grand Manner A-frame", this is one of two now OOP Architects of War "Dark Age" A-frames. There's some nice interior detail, which I'll hopefully get to look nice.

After a week of no interest in painting I've bounced back with some Sasanid infantry archers. These are 3d printed from Resin Warfare files and downsized to 15/18mm from 28mm files.
The armoured ones are probably a bit over-armoured unless they are dismounted cavalry, but what the heck.
