"That's the message: There's always hope – if we get together and take action."

Dr. Jane knew that young people across the country and around the world could "make the world – again – a better place. The way it was. The way it can be. And the way it will be."

Easily several hundred people have packed into this plaza in Chicago's North Center tonight in response to ICE abducting a daycare worker early this morning.

This is a neighborhood that has largely been spared until now from the "Midway Blitz" terror campaign. But everyone knows someone affected.

Young people were Dr. Jane's greatest reason for hope.

She saw how passionate, how committed, and how involved young leaders are. That was true wherever she went – and it's true here at home, in Canada, too.

The good news? The latest data shows that deforestation is slowing across every region.

1/5 of forests are now protected, but the world must keep the momentum going.
