Rest is an act of radical self care in a world that glorifies exhaustion. 😌
I feel like this especially resonates with us ND folk who can struggle with sensory issues and care tasks to give ourselves some grace when things are overwhelming.

I’m a veteran. And that’s a mixed bag saying that. My family has been in the military since I can trace them back. I realized on my deployment what a farce it is; how horrible our actions are, we’re, and without intervention, will be. (1/2)

It’s weird walking through my neighborhood. It’s so peaceful, beautiful, green, with lots of life in it. It’s a weird place to be in, on the precipice of the apocalypse of the fake world, with the real one just carrying on all the same. If I could stay in the real, I would permanently.

When HRV takes you out for over a week. Please keep wearing masks, folks. I realize there’s a large percentage of people who won’t, but for those that continue to do so, thank you, truly. This is the sickest I’ve been in so long and thankful for the team at the ER for getting my breathing stabilized

There shouldn’t be any division save for the ones the elite keep thrusting on us. Who doesn’t want healthcare/education/free market/equity/transportation/vacation/maternity/paternity leave/I could go on. We’ve more alike than not; if we’d stop allowing them to feed off of us maybe we could fix shit.

I took a long time off from creating. I have a lot to work through; I fell off for a bit. I’m not good at creating without hope in my heart. And sometimes darkness is difficult to crawl out of; events happening that force you to relive your own, yet I will always look for the light. I must.
