Important to remember, what food is and what isn't ultraprocessed isn't clearly defined.

Without such clear definition, associating the term with diseases is incorrect at best and stupid at worst

When folks ask about "why microbiome research didnt translate to therapies", it is always useful to point to the 'hype generators' in the microbiome field who inferred correlations as causations.
