Please accept snuggly Ms. Strongy Patongy as an apology. 😁
Aaaand suddenly I haven't posted anything in a month 😅

Been working on some big renovations in the studio, and prepping yarn for Estes Park next month! Excited for Colorado, and excited to show you the studio renovation soon.
I love her tail so much!
Mr. Bradley Patadley is breaking up your doomscrolling to remind you:

1) Breathe
2) Unclench your jaw and pull your shoulders down from your ears
3) Drink some water
4) Go for a little walk outside
5) Have a snack

After that you may resume your existential dread.
Just got back from voting, precinct was fairly busy!
It's election day in Wisconsin!
It's also April 1st - so don't get got, vote for Crawford instead of the other fool.

Ten years ago my husband and I got married! This has always been my favorite photo from our wedding. Here's to the next ten! 💛🥂
KAL is hosted on Ravelry, but please email [email protected] if you would like to participate and Ravelry is not accessible to you - we will work together to find a solution.

A couple weeks ago I put out a newsletter introducing the yarn packs I put together for Joji's new Take Your Time cardigan, and announced the very low-stakes KAL I'm running that starts on April 16.

Link for kits below⬇️, place your order by March 26 to get your yarn in time for the KAL start date!

🚨NEW🚨: Donald Trump is attempting to strip away federal support for libraries. We will NOT let that happen.

Last night the President signed an order to gut the Institute of Museum & Library Services. But together, we know we can show up & defeat it.

The needles I needed to start the sleeves of my Pressed Flowers pullover have finally arrived! I guess I know what I'm up to this evening 😁
They are PRECIOUS. I cannot get over it.

Right?? I think I'm doing the blue combo for my cardigan.
Newsletter went out today!
I've put together kits for Joji's new cardigan pattern, and am running a KAL for those who want to knit it. More details ⬇️

#Fiberuarychallenge 28) Gratitude

My instinct with a prompt like this is to be very serious. The world is a little too heavy right now, so I'm going simple:

I'm grateful that I woke up this morning feeling refreshed, and that my stinky lil guy came and sat with me for a little bit. 10/10 morning
FRJ. I didn't see your first post in time, so I guess I'll have to read a full recap on Reddit. I commend you for watching as long as you did!
#Fiberuarychallenge 27) Sip & Stitch

Anyone who knows me knows I drink mostly water - and if you hear me say I'm drinking a Natty, it's actually a Natural Klarbrunn. Unflavored sparkling water is my absolute jam, and Klarbrunn is s-tier in that category.

Boycotting isn't always feasible for every person for a multitude of reasons. This is a great reminder that reducing spending still hurts the bottom line. Similarly: a $5 donation to a cause is still $5 that can be put to use for good.

Each drop in the bucket matters, folks.
When it comes to boycotting, just a thought. It’s okay if you can’t quit a company cold turkey. In Master Gardeners, when we encourage people to switch to native plants, the goal is 70% native, not 100%. If you were shopping at a store 80% of the time and cut it back to 60%, that 20% still hurts.
#Fiberuarychallenge 26) Where in the World

📍Madison, Wisconsin

I'm originally from Michigan, and went to college in Kentucky. I made my way to Wisconsin in 2014 and have only ever regretted it when there was heavy snowfall before I owned a snowblower. 🥶😅
I used to hate winter but it's grown on me!
#Fiberuarychallenge 25) Handmade Gift

Occasionally my friends and I go on a sunrise hike. On this outing all of us had coincidentally worn hats knit by yours truly. Nothing quite like handmade gifts being appreciated! These three are exceptionally knitworthy people.
