Eggs are usually sold in packs of 6 or 10 here in Germany. And yes, they once were cheaper, like mostly everything. But the prices haven't risen quite as insanely as in the USA.

At least Voyager's EMH Mark I is, despite his shortcomings and initially nearly non-existent bedside manner, due to his continuous activation so far evolved that the became an individual.

Kes is actually one of my favourite characters. I love her curious, sweet and friendly attitude.
Despite the flaws in the concept of the Ocampa and the inconsistencies in her development, she's an important influence on the Doctor's development into a sentient and individual artificial life-form.

Bei einem gebrochen Bein bekommt man auch ganz einfach Hilfe, wird sogar ins nächste Krankenhaus gebracht, etc..
Bei Depressionen darf man sich den Therapieplatz selbst suchen. Was je nach Region die Suche nach der Stecknadel im Heuhaufen ist. Keine freien Therapieplätze, ggf. noch andere Hürden ...

Ich werde nie begreifen, warum so viele Deutsche den Sozialstaat als Feind betrachten. Er ist die unvollkommene, aber größte Errungenschaft dieses Landes, indem er Not lindert und Gerechtigkeit und sozialen Frieden fördert. Wir brauchen mehr davon, nicht weniger.
