If you want to buy from dlsite internationally, they have a third party points gift code thing which works but less bonus points than buying directly from the site. I'm sure something similar can be done for different sites

They usually have a higher age range on the app in order to get past extreme app store censorship rules. Like some manga apps have black bar or white bar censoring for any nudity, others just have a workaround where explicit/mature stuff is website onlj
