I'm taking commissions to raise money for The Trevor Project and Crips for Esims for Gaza. 1/3rd will go to each fundraiser, and 1/3rd will go to materials and living expenses. I do traditional and digital with traditional costing $60 and digital costing $45.

Drew Al fan art for @smoocheys.bsky.social
Was soooo fun to draw this guy I love his face and his haaaair, so happy with how this turned out. Also learned some new tricks!
A digital illustration of a large man laying down and the point of view is as if you are Al's partner Cheye, tenderly touching his face and holding his right pectoral in his hand. The lighting is dramatic and sultry and more attention was given to the face. He has a crooked nose, a full mustache, long chestnut hair, and is giving the viewer bedroom eyes.

eyes are on furry SFW artists now. They won’t listen to us because we’re the freaks. They’ll listen to you because you’re one of the “good ones.” Speak for those they’ve deemed okay to ignore, and harass.

I’ve been where you are. I’ve lost my “good” card. It was worth every bared tooth. Your turn.

With the barrage of censorship campaigns lately, it’s extremely disappointing to see the lack of mutual support for NSFW creators and visibility on these issues from so many large SFW furry creators (my friends included) you could be using your platform for good!

Buddy, they’re coming for all of us

Bluesky is customizable enough that Porn can exist and you'll have minimal interactions with it. I haven't seen any explicit material since subscribing to lists and muting porn tags. Not once.

If you let them ban porn, then you'll let them label YOU as porn.

HEY
Do you want to save PORN from being kicked off this platform??
Go tell them your grievances then!

Bluesky is built off the backs of queers, furries, POC, and sex workers alike

the usual vagueness is present here that is usually a bad sign to come for adult content.

bluesky is taking feedback on the guidelines at this link below. Let them know these are not satisfactory

Her name is Katethulu and she's soooooo random! #art
A drawing of a blue octopus headed girl with a black shirt, and with hair done in the scene style with pink stripes. The background is neon mint green with pink paint spatters. The word "RAWR" is written in the top left corner and there are tiny hearts doodled in the corner.

Stripe crossed a line now.

Call up whatever local LGBT organizations exist in your area, gay activist groups, gay bars, pride organizing committees, folks who schedule drag shows, queer church groups, everyone.

Also libraries and bookstores.

Show up in person to talk to any business using Stripe.

Same during my call- the wording I used was “non-explicit, legal, non-adult LGBT content”, and I got back the response that “yes, stripe is blocking this. We’re a private company, we make our own rules about it.” Was hung up on when I asked why.

And you're so valid for that.

Facing backlash and mounting pressure, Mastercard denies responsibility for adult content bans — despite evidence and industry responses suggesting otherwise. Your calls are working. Keep it up.

So when you guys do you daily calls today you should ask mastercard what illegal adult content they found on these content creation platforms. Tell them to make names. When they give you the runaround say "but what have you found that's illegal".

They won't because there was never an investigation
acvalens.net
This is a pathetic statement and I’m begging every journalist to rip it to shreds
Clarifying recent headlines on gaming content
Mastercard has not evaluated any game or required restrictions of any activity on game creator sites and platforms, contrary to media reports and allegations.
Our payment network follows
standards based on the rule of law. Put simply, we allow all lawful purchases on our network. At the same time, we require merchants to have appropriate controls to ensure Mastercard cards cannot be used for unlawful purchases, including illegal adult content.

Protest movements that stop as soon as they start seeing results fail.

Protest movements that keep going until your whole squad is across the finish line win.

Interesting perspective on how call-in campaigns can affect change. The only arguments that work against a corporation are financial ones.

Fictional kinks can't hurt me but a fascist regime very much can and will.

If you genuinely think fictional content (yes, even the "too gross" ones) is WORSE than fascism, reprioritize your life.

I can curate what fictional content I engage with.
I can't content warning my way out of fascism lmfao
lustylamb.com
As expected seeing ppl backpedaling on the itch thing now that there's a list of the unacceptable content and it includes stuff that's "too gross"

It's all of us or none of us. Our enemies have made that clear.

I would rather work side by side with a freak than with a fascist.

the number below doesnt work, as Stripe has changed their number, and is demanding a $2.99 fee to even tell you what it is.
however, this number DOES still work and will let you leave a message:

I made a quick and dirty anti-censorship cheat sheet to help onboard people and direct their energy in a productive direction. This isnt as comprehensive as various websites being shared around, but it should be easy to share and save.

Save the png and repost as widely as you can

As you may have heard, thousands of NSFW games have been removed without warning from multiple platforms over the past few days. This sets a troubling precedent for the future of games.

LMAO I called Visa’s customer support service - the guy on the other line was like “are you ALSO calling about the video game payment processing? Please send us emails instead.”

Keep up the calls, folks, we’re definitely gumming up their works

I know we're upset about itch, but they're not the only ones

Payment processors harassed companies bc of a 1,000 email hate campaign

But we can EASILY top 1,000!

I prewrote an email + got the contact info - you just have to send!

we are going to need to keep up this 'yelling at payment processors' energy for more than just today

Ideally, we will need to keep up this pressure over a span of a few weeks

As many people as possible, each making 2-4 calls a day, for a few weeks, is going to make the biggest impact
