over the last few days, I learned more about LLM prompting than I needed in my life.
main lesson learned: each model is different.
to understand how to prompt it, you have to:
- read the research document of the model
- check, and do not discard for chat template (usually) attached to the model

so adhd is a struggle bitch. i respond well to medication and notice significant life improvement. unfortunately meds give me severe migraines. then i have anti-migraine pills, that work for me. but i can't use it all the time. everything has side effects.
