The Labour right wing in all their glory, from Mandelson to McSweeney. The staffers, the lobbyists, the revolving door. See how they lobby for privateer corporations, cash in via disaster capitalism etc ๐Ÿฅ€

The new nominations threshold means it's highly unlikely any of them could get on the ballot for party leadership.
And bc they are principled, they've mostly not been allowed to get any experience.

The only Labour MPs who don't have dodgy donations/connections are: Ian Lavery, McDonnell, Long-Bailey, Burgon, Ian Byrne, Diane Abbott, Neil Duncan-Jordan, Maskell, Clive Lewis, Begum, Ian Byrne, Nadia Whittome, Jermy, Andy MacDonald, Leishman, Hinchliff, Foy, Ribeiro-Addy, Trickett & Witherden.

Also, I know the channel I used to speak to Wes on, and it wasn't WhatsApp. Will he swear an oath that he's disclosed all his private communications? Not just those on WhatsApp?

Makes me sick to think of all the money being spent when the US has no universal healthcare :(

A classic Starmer moment was when he realised there might be an embarrassing rebellion on the Gaza ceasefire vote despite the three-line whip, so he leaned on Hoyle and got his way, but in the process revealed how easy it is to thwart HoC democracy, and how devious and morally barren he is.

For some reason I initially read that as "McSweeney removes testicle"

Matthew Doyle, the Labour Spad/Lord who's also embroiled in a 'look the other way when your chum is a child predator' scandal - also attended the cosy suppers at Lord Roger Liddle's house with #Mandelson and #WesStreeting.

It's almost as if they were a gang of creepy, amoral psychopaths who ignored the most serious crimes if it might get in the way of their power games.

Why is the most right wing faction in Labour so addicted to courting and ignoring the crimes of paedophiles?

Is this a smoking gun?

Given Wes Streeting's links with Mandelson and Palantir, both stronger than Starmer's, the question MPs ought really to be asking themselves is, if we replace Starmer with Streeting are we hopping out of the frying pan and into the fire?

The good, decent man Keir Starmer.
He pressured the Speaker of the House to break with precedent over the Gaza ceasefire vote - all to avoid a Labour rebellion that would have harmed his personal standing.
