Realizing yet again that I have no power over the narrative people may have created about who I am, how I work, or anything else. Yet I'm still surprised when they treat me like who they think I am without actually finding out who I am.

Yeah just like back in the day when the 'nice kids' from San Diego had shot up a homeless encampment and charged as adults per the new law, but that was unfair because that law wasnt meant for them!

I am suspicious of ANY model that is conveniently visualized as a pyramid.
