Pet peeve: When I'm debriefing an interaction with someone, and they state their perception or memory as objective truth. ("No that's not what you said"). I then try to share my own perception and they angrily tell me not to live in the past and to move on. Do people not hear themselves?

Go Minneapolis! My company is headquartered there so I go up a few times a year. I don't like Minnesota Nice culture because I hate the hinting and vagueness. However, I like it when Minnesota folks reach their limit.
