Although there are way more Black vegetarians now than when I first went veg, charts like these helped too. I learned how to make tofu correctly (I loathed it at first), make homemade soy milk (cheaper than buying it) and figured out oyster mushrooms can taste REALLY good if made like fried chicken.

Vitamin D chewies did the trick for me. NatureMade was cool too. I cannot stand taking any kind of pills so I prefer fruit chewies. amzn.to/44TM3eg When I first became a vegetarian 20 years ago, I stopped eating dairy cheese and barely drank milk anyway. Went from a score of 11 to 46.
