It feels like extremely sus timing to all of a sudden make me re-verify after asking if I can work for them + my ad might be offline for weeks since I’m queued for verification

They responded with two things. Saying they don’t hire people in the US because it puts me at higher risk (?) and then also suddenly now are making me re-verify myself because they said I violated several terms of service (?) despite me being a paying member of the site for almost 4 years now
