The upside of Dreamwork's earlier 2D, tradigitally animated films (with the exception of maybe Spirit) not getting nearly as much special treatment/attention as the studio's more $$$ful IPs, is that atleast they are spared the pain of being milked to the point of getting LA remake abominations.

It's so refreshing to see an animation studio not only carry on the 2010s longterm/serialized format that legacy media giants chose to abandon few years ago, but also push the envelope for what can be done in the medium of animation.

Before more people panic about the "new" guidelines, one other thing to keep in mind here is that these rules require actual moderation as apposed to an automated one.

That, and the vagueness of the rule regarding certain depictions of animals has been changed so anthro stuff is fine for now.

i. Do not create, share or promote sexual content involving real (emphasis on REAL) animals or realistically depicted, synthetic, simulated, illustrated, or animated versions.

In other words anthromorphic animal characters appear to be fair game for now.

4chan & Kiwi Farms are suing OFCOM. Put your feelings aside on both sites for a second. Trust me, you want OFCOM to lose on this one. If not, it would allow for significant overreach of the OSA into the U.S.
