It’s been hell. My mom is back home after 21 days in hospital, 14 blood transfusions, and an acute hemolytic transfusion reaction. Now we wait for gall bladder removal surgery. My burn out is real, so many hospital days and nights. Very hard to work and keep my families business going.

Travelling around my homelands this weekend, jealous of my ancestors who used this area as a summer home. Wish I had my berry picking canoe and could be unbothered and good life all summer!

The "we're all immigrants" rhetoric is directly harmful because it erases the harms being done to Indigenous people. At the top of my concerns are stripping of religious rights & EPA regulations in favor of corporate welfare & attacks on ICWA, which will allow for more theft of Indigenous children.
