I was responding you to saying that horror can be “reduced” to an episode of Twilight Zone or Black Mirror. “Reduced” has negative connotations and I disagree with that perspective.
Btw, I’m a huge fan of The Twilight Zone and I agree it is art. Black Mirror, not so much past the first two seasons.

Valid, in regards to Triangle. But I disagree that most horror can be reduced to that. I’m a horror junkie and I find most horror to be works of art. Respectfully.

It’s a beautiful vampire movie. Delphine Seyrig mesmerizes the audience as much as she does the other characters.

The VVitch and Bring Her Back are modern day classics that I’ll rewatch regularly.
V/H/S Halloween is a dementedly fun and gory anthology just as Satan intended.
Triangle…meh. Felt like a forgettable Black Mirror episode.
