JFC, I hate the US Health Care system. Sweetie has Covid, for the 3rd time in 3 years. Yes, she's vaccinated, so am I. But she still caught it. The anti-viral, Paxlavid, which is used to treat it, costs over $320. And surprise, surprise, because we're in a Covid surge, it's in short supply.

Shows just how ignorant some people can be. You can't, "fire" a Coast Guard pilot. Despite the morons in charge, the Coast Guard is a MILITARY organization. You have to go though a whole lot of steps to "fire" a Coastie.

Yes, I mean, it might have something to do with the fact that "AI" can't write a simple three table sql query with a single column join, but it can do MY JOB FOR ME.

Once again: people are angry for very good reason, and this brand of post is perhaps one of the most tedious and bewildering. Practically every social media platform is rabidly pro-‘AI’ so are govts, academia, companies. This one small space being critical of AI is okay, I think.
